Abstract: he World-Wide Web (W3) is a fast growing
information processing, browsing and retrieval tool, that
runs on a wide variety of computer types. Up to now it is
primarily accessed from office-, lab- or home-computers. But
the simple yet powerfull concepts of the W3 could also be
used to build publicly accessible terminals (kiosks) that
allow end-users online access to the W3.
